What I want...
Something challenging. Something exciting.
The opening statement on my site may come across cheesy, but it’s absolutely true. I love the feeling of getting up in the morning, being excited to get to work, and tackling challenging problems with people I trust and respect — and that’s the high I chase in life. Thus, being a part of an organization and/or a group of people that shares similar passion is more important to me than a career.

I believe in Values, Vision, and Culture.
I care about being a part of an organization that I can dedicate my passion to. I look for a team that values honesty, personal growth, and happinness, a workplace that appreciates conceptual design thinking, a vision that unifies its team members, and leadership that empowers status-quo-challengers.
At Kabam, I am involved in many different company projects that need support at different scale. Through these projects, I realize that I very much enjoy developing processes and tools to improve employee experience as well as increase efficiency in product development.
What excites me most about designing processes and organizations is that it is the foundation of company culture. People often talk about Friday night beers and fun events as a representation of culture, but culture is about how we interact with each other — how we leverage each other’s experiences and learnings to come up with the best solutions possible and how we can create an environment where we all focus on a common goal.
I am not entirely sure exactly how one goes about achieving this, but I am learning everything and anything I can to move forward.
